Avoid going too fast, too soon.
Check Your Posture
Try these techniques for a better running/walking experience: maintain an upright posture, take deep breaths, keep your chin up and look ahead, avoid looking down, keep your shoulders relaxed, ensure that your arms do not cross your body, and stick to your natural running/walking style.
Train Yourself
You can add strength training and stretching to your routine. This is great to prepare for off-road trail.
